Shipping

Customer is solely responsible for paying shipping costs upon delivery and for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although orders will be processed within 3 to 4 days of being placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. You will receive an email from elevatedcompany90@gmail.com when your order has been confirmed.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1749 W Houston Ave. Fullerton, California US 92833. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks, please notify to elevatedcompany90@gmail.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability on all products. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order placed. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may cancel your order.

Colors

We have made efforts to display products on site as accurately as they appear. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot and do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be true to color.

Return Policy

No refunds, exchange only within 15 days from when shipment is received. Notice must be given to elevatedcompany90@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving shipment. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items also must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no returns or exchanges are granted, any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is unaccepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for exchange. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and you will be shipped your exchanged item. Customer is solely responsible all for shipping charges.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL and cannot be refunded.
